  1. There is no fee from Savings Card program to receive messages. Message & data rates may apply – this can be checked with your mobile service provider. Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider or deducted from your prepaid account
  2. Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name and the date, time and content of your messages. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us

  4. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator

Offer is not transferable, is not insurance, is limited to one per person, and may not be combined with any other offer. Void where prohibited by law, taxed, or restricted. Patients, pharmacists, and prescribers cannot seek reimbursement from health insurance or any third party for any part of the benefit received by the patient through this offer. Some savings cards have activation, age, or other specific requirements. Some savings cards have expiration dates, require eligible patients to pay a certain amount for their prescriptions, have a maximum savings limit, or other restrictions.
